About the trainer

Hi. I’m a Senior Zoho consultant with a leading Zoho partner in Europe and hold a Level 2 Certification in Zoho CRM, which is currently the highest level possible.

I’ve worked as a CRM consultant for over 10 years and implemented systems for clients large and small, across Europe and the US. However there are many common issues I deal with as a Zoho consultant that I address in my blog.

Because Zoho has such a broad suite of incredible software, it can sometimes be overwhelming for both newcomers and experienced users alike. I aim to introduce you to CRM and Zoho best practice, so you get the most out of your investment in their software.
