When you purchase any of my training courses, it helps me fund The CRM Trainer website and content. Funds go towards, web hosting, managing the website and creating and editing videos.

I earn referral fees when you buy services from Zoho Marketplace companies that I recommend.

I only recommend products that I believe will add value to Zoho CRM users, and I test all products that I recommend. All opinions are my own, and I don’t accept payments for positive reviews.

When you click on these links, you’re tagged with a special cookie to track the referral. If you end up buying the product, then they pay me a referral fee.

The referral fees vary for each product, but I’m not about to become a millionaire from any of them. I’m just grateful to get my hosting and annual software license costs covered 🙂

No, absolutely not.

Question #2 – Do You See My Personal Details?

For referral links, I don’t see any personal information i.e name, email, address, credit card, etc. The only thing we see is that an anonymous user made a purchase on date/time and which product they bought.

If you purchase a course I obviously see your name, email, which course you bought and how you’re progressing with it. No financial details at all.
